The export function in RT transfers the content of the ticket to your email. Once you have exported the content to your email, it can be imported into Elements.
How to export a ticket to Elements:
- Be in the ticket you wish to export.
- Go to Actions and select Export.
- A page will now open where you can see the content being exported.
- Enter your email address and select Send email.
- You have now exported the ticket to your email inbox and can import it into Elements from there. See here for guidance on archiving emails in Elements.
