Procedure
- Go to Playlists in the CMS and click + New
- Name: use building + topic, e.g. Georg Sverdrups hus – Auditorium.
- Enter a short description; leave Playlist Type set to Media → Create
- Open the playlist and select Add Media → tick the files → Add & Close
- Adjust display duration or transitions under the Properties tab as required
- Copy existing playlists via Duplicate for quick reuse
Tips
- Keep one screen = one playlist where possible; this simplifies troubleshooting
- Use folders and Filters to locate media quickly
Common Errors
